Is your beef grassfed or grass finished?
Both, they are mainly raised and finished on grass and forages. Although during cold winter months the cattle may be supplemented through corn grazing or other grain to keep their body condition.
Do you use hormones or antibiotics?
We do not use any Hormones.
We only use Antibiotics when absolutely neccessary to treat sick animals, if that happens a minimum withdrawal of 30 days must take place before slaughter.
